Dungeon Defenders Series EV beginners guide. I will be pointing out some useful tips to when playing with the Series EV class on Dungeon Defenders. Note it is recommended to have another character when playing solo to help you out I will explain why later on.
The first tip when playing as Series EV class is to play with another player or have another character that can attack air units. The reason for this is none of the Series EV's defense towers can attack air units. The first 2 levels you will be fine, however on the third level flying units
will appear. Which can lead to your Eternia crystal being attacked easier if you are preoccupied with something else at the time.The second tip for you is to watch your defense more carefully certain mobs tend to be able to pass your defenses without getting hurt. So you should make sure your placement is good, and also be aware they are able to sneak by sometimes. This could in turn allow them to be able to get a clear shot towards a Eternia Crystal depending on the map and defenses you have set up.
The third tip on this Dungeon Defenders Series EV beginner guide is that it can be annoying to replace towers for buff beams. Since the tower buff beams get taken out when your towers get taken out. Although they
do not have health of there own so it balances it out in my opinion. However you should still be aware in case you have to replace them.A fourth tip is do not be to afraid to do a hybrid with the Series EV's they are one of the better classes to do hybrids with on Tower defenses and DPS type builds. Since the Series EV's have strong DPS, and strong towers. But also make sure to watch out for air units or reread the first tip I mentioned.
